The Romance Heroine (ロマンスヒロイン) is a multi Romance Story-based Special Appeal. It is a group appeal that can only be used when all the performers are wearing Romance Story Premium Rares, which are called "Heroine Dresses."

Duo[]
Two Idols raise a single hand while two floral themed chains float in the background, one pink and one orange. They combine one of their hands with the other Idol and pose before a gold crown, and two rings.
Trio[]
Two gold rings swirl around the idols before growing in size. Roses form around the Idols in their corresponding theme color to match the color stream floating beneath them. They fly through the rings and join hands momentarily before striking a pose. In the background are symbols of the romance stories each dress represents.
