Noel Otoshiro (音城 ノエル Otoshiro Noeru) is Seira Otoshiro's little sister. She was mentioned by Kī Saegusa in That Rocking Girl is the Dream☆Girl and made her actual debut in Lalala☆★Rival. It was revealed that in Episode 172, Noel had auditioned and was accepted into Dream Academy, following her sister's path in becoming an idol.
Bio
Noel is a student from Raichi Hoshimiya's neighbor class. Her birthday is December 25, Christmas Day, the holiday for which Noel was named.
Appearance
Noel has long, dark peach hair and big orange eyes. During the first half of season 2 she wore her hair mostly down with pigtails held by pink bow and short pointed bangs framing her face. But during the remainder of the series, she grew out her bangs and stopped wearing pigtails, now wearing the top layer of hair pulled back and held in place with a pink ribbon.
Personality
Noel is a nice girl who's sometimes shy when first meeting people. She looks up to and gets along with Seira, but feels lonely sometimes since she doesn't see her very often. She's close friends with Raichi and tries to keep him grounded with his fantasies.
