Mitsuru has pale-fair skin with a few wrinkles located around her face, implying that she is not a young adult. She has small turqoise eyes and pale graying brown hair that reaches the bottom of her neck and flips up on end to give it a feathered appearance.

Mitsuru is very kind in nature. She acts almost motherly towards the students; showing concern for them whenever they may not be doing well or be ill.
