Go get'em, Soleil! (それゆけ、ソレイユ! ) is the 39th episode of Aikatsu! TV anime series and the 39th episode of its "1st Season" (
Synopsis[]
Orihime decides to give Soleil a mission after bringing up another Live: They must fill every seat in the audience by that evening, or else they must cancel the performance.
Summary[]
Finishing a photo session, Tristar relaxes on the tour bus. While Kaede complains over the heat, Mizuki brings up their plans for today, saying that they will be returning to the Academy that evening to discuss future plans.
During an interview, Soleil discusses news of their recent event. As this is going on, Raichi is watching from the Hoshimiya house as Ringo focuses on work. The customer notices the poster of Soleil and Raichi reveals that Ichigo is his sister- but she claims not to know who Soleil is since she doesn't actually listen to music anymore. After watching her struggle to carry everything, Raichi and Ringo offer to lend her a hand by dropping them off at her home later.
After the interview, Soleil has a handshake event. Orihime and Johnny watch as this goes on from the office, and he expresses approval over how well things are going. Orihime is a bit tense though, pointing out that they should be harder on the girls now, to make sure they succeed.
Johnny heads off to fetch the girls and leads them to the park Ichigo used to come to when she was younger. He goes over the message Orihime sent with him, informing the group that they will have to cancel their concert if they are unable to fill every single seat in the stadium. The message ends after she wishes them luck. While Ichigo is excited, Ran isn't that surprised. Aoi attempts to post a message on Kirakiratter about it but he stops the trio before they can go, explaining that they are not allowed to rely on social media for this. They will have to rely on word of mouth and do everything on their own.
After he leaves, he returns to Orihime and worries over how hard she is pushing the new unit so suddenly. However, she has faith in their success. While the girls may be able to use their popularity on television and the Internet, their accomplishment of this will take them to brand new heights.
The girls take the opportunity to stand on the stage at the park in order to speak to the fans, but they are unable to get much of a reaction. Ran explains that it's most-likely because only a few people there actually know who they are. This suddenly inspires Ichigo and she leads Ran and Aoi elsewhere.
As this is going on, the recently formed PowaPowa-Puririn practices their charming unit introduction. Sakura and Otome enjoy it but Shion thinks it is too embarrassing and asks if they really have to do this since she isn't the cutesy-type. The girls try to convince Shion to try by bringing up her acting skills- mentioning that on television she is cool and dramatic, but in this group she can reveal a brand new her; a cute, unseen Shion. Inspired by them she brings up a role that she was considering trying out for, but she didn't think it could possibly fit her. Once again they try their introduction and they are happy to see her having fun.
Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran spend the day running all around town to call out to everyone they pass, encouraging them to come and see their performance. They manage to gather a large crowd in town to assist them, and as very few haven't heard of them, they get a lot of attention. Including Raichi, who spots them while he makes his way home and gets them to join him for lunch.
At home Ringo asks if the girls are okay eating so little, but they assure her it's fine since they don't have a lot of time to spare. Raichi takes a moment to ask Ran and Aoi if Ichigo is really a good leader, and they claim she is doing great. It's because of who she is that led them to determine she is the only one of them capable of leading Soleil. This touches Ichigo deeply and she thanks them for always being there for her. They begin to discuss the importance of the location they were to earlier, and the trio agree to hold their concert at that stage in the park. It's then Ichigo spots the bag belonging to the elderly woman from earlier and mentions it. After Ringo and Raichi explain what happened, they offer to tag along with Raichi while he goes to return it.
Upon arrival Ichigo asks the woman to come to the concert, but she isn't really sure. They convince her to at least think about it, and Ichigo requests that she brings some friends- only to notice a crowd suddenly surround them again. A man asks the girls to come over to his company and allows them to ride on his conveyor belt when a man spots Aoi and requests that she comes to meet his friends at the Police Station, as they are fans of the Naughty Detective series.
Meanwhile, Otome, Sakura, and Shion are observing a sweet cake in the bakery when they happen to see Soleil march by with Raichi. They see a huge crowd following them as they announce their live concert for that evening; and they continue to express surprise when they find even animals trailing after them. With this, Otome makes the suggestion that they attend in order to observe Soleil more closely.
That evening, the girls are disheartened to learn that a final seat remains open. Johnny reminds them that the concert will have to be canceled if only one remains, and they start to panic until Ichigo stop to observe the audience. She requests that they hold the concert anyway, because she doesn't want to let anyone down since they spent time to show up. Johnny sees no harm in this and he goes to let Orihime know while they run off to change and appear on stage to perform "Diamond Happy".
After the concert it is revealed that Orihime showed up to watch, much to Johnny's surprise as he hadn't been able to find her. He hesitates while trying to explain what happened, but she cuts him off by saying that even though the girls failed her task, they did manage to attract a lot of people during the performance and they couldn't even find seats. Their performance made everyone happy, and they had a lot of fun, which caused more people to be drawn in.
Once the concert ends, Raichi and Ringo, as well as the older woman come over to congratulate the girls. She mentions an interest in hearing them perform again and Ringo offers to let her know regarding Soleil's future plans.
That night, Soleil comes into the office to speak to Orhime. She congratulates the girls and hands over their Summer present; as promised during their earlier discussion. To their surprise, they watch as Tristar comes inside and there, Orihime reveals her plans of combining the two units to make a single, six Idol unit for a special summer tour.
